Institutional Buyers
Initial Property Listing (IPO)
Once owners are approved and issued their micro titles, their home is now your own personal land/property bank where value can be created and stored for the owners of that property own direct benefit rather than for the benefit of the intermediary banks and financial institutions that had previously serviced them. Micro Titles are used to drive a listing via the primary market AMM's, initiated in the deal room.
The Deal Room is where the price of the property is set by buyers. The Deal Room permits a market price to be set amongst a group of qualified buyers. This group is composed of a mix of retail and institutional entities. When a suitable price has been reached, the property seller exits the deal room.
After a property has been tokenized, a portion of the titles are made available to both global retail and institutional buyers. The amount of titles made available to each segment of buyers depends on location, price and total value of the property.
An initial portion of titles (tokens) are made available at the beginning to provide liquidity at the outset of the selling process. This liquidity will carried through to subsequent liquidity transactions.
These types of titles provide only a purchase of the capital value which does not include any other rights such as usage of the property.
These types of titles provide both capital value and sharing of the rental income generated by the use of the property. The income is shared directly to holders of the title on a regular basis.
